Had engage John on my house flooring. He is patient and explaining on the detail of the flooring for me. Workmanship is good and less than half a day complete all my flooring at the rooms and living room.
I am very pleased with the latest titanium vinyl work that Mori flooring provides. Workmanship was excellent. Rachel was very engaging from the start and kept me well informed of everything. Engaged Mori for our home vinyl flooring installation. Had a very wonderful experience with Rachel and her team throughout from quotation, review to the installation. Rachel was very prompt in her work and replies and she never leaves us out in the dark. Very patient and accommodating. The installers were prompt and on time on the day of installation. They were very meticulous in their work and very patient. The level of professionalism can be seen in their workmanship. All while keeping to the time frame given to complete the work. All in all, very satisfied with the work and result. Highly recommend Mori to everyone looking at changing the look of their home.

I placed my order on Friday and the work was done on Tuesday, merely 4 days. I did not have to wait too long. The team was punctual and very responsible. I was impressed with their professionalism, from the sales persons to the installers. They moved my existing furniture without any complaints and accommodated my requests. Thumbs up!
